2Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir with a spatula. Continue cooking in microwave in 30 second intervals; stir until smooth. Fold in rice cereal, marshmallows, and peanuts.
3Drop white chocolate mixture by spoonfuls onto a sheet of waxed paper. Sprinkle each mound with sprinkles. Set aside to cool for 30 minutes.
