"Fresh, great-tasting smoothie to wake up to in the morning! This is one of my many smoothie experiments, and definitely one to make again. If you do not have kefir milk, plain yogurt would work fine too."

Combine grapes, apple juice, kefir, banana, pineapple, and dates, in this order, in a blender; blend until smooth.
