1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir until soft. Stir in garlic, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
2Add shrimps; cook just until shrimp turn pink and begin to curl.
3Mix in turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix in tomato paste and water. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour. Add more water if necessary to prevent sticking. Serve.
